Those looking to work for Mississippi’s lone Minor League Baseball team will soon have a chance to try to get in on the action.

The Biloxi Shuckers will host its annual job fair at Keesler Federal Park on Tuesday, Feb. 3, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Open positions include ushers, ticket takers and sellers, access control, camera operators, press box production, official scorer, game day stringer, mascot, retail, grounds crew, entertainment team, on-field emcee, and bat boys and girls.

“The Shuckers are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, friendly, and dependable employees to join their gameday staff for the 2026 season, with the home slate beginning on Tuesday, April 7, against the Pensacola Blue Wahoos,” a press release reads.

As part of the job fair, applicants can interview on-site. For those who want to get a headstart on the process, applications can be filled out prior to the fair here. Otherwise, applicants will need to visit the visitor’s clubhouse entrance during the event to get an application.

The Shuckers, which made the AA Southern League playoffs in 2025, will have 69 home games during the 2026 season. When the first pitch is thrown in April, it will make for the 11th anniversary of the Milwaukee Brewers’ farm team calling the Mississippi Gulf Coast home.
