With the Minor League Baseball season right around the corner, the Biloxi Shuckers announced its initial roster for 2026.

The Shuckers will open their season on Friday, April 3, on the road against the Rocket City Trash Pandas in Huntsville, Ala. They will then return to Biloxi for their home opener against the Pensacola Blue Wahoos on Tuesday, April 7. The full schedule, which includes 69 home games, can be found here.

Headlining the 26-man roster is 18-year-old Jesús Made, the No. 3 prospect in all of baseball. Made is one of four Milwaukee Brewers top 30 prospects on the roster, joined by Bishop Letson (No. 7), former Mississippi State pitcher Tyson Hardin (No. 13), and Blake Burke (No. 18).

Made, a non-roster invite to Milwaukee’s spring training, appeared in 19 Cactus League games and went 9-for-29 (.310) with a triple, a walk, and two stolen bases.

Burke returns to Biloxi after a strong 2025 campaign in which he hit 11 home runs and posted a .300/.377/.579 slash line across 37 games.

Hardin is also looking to build on a strong finish to 2025. After returning from injury, he posted a 3.09 ERA over his final five starts, allowing four earned runs in 11.2 innings while striking out 10. The righty played for Mississippi State in 2023 and 2024 after transferring from Daytona State College.

The roster includes 15 returning players from 2025, including Matthew Wood, Mike Boeve, Jesús Broca, Mark Manfredi Sr., Brett Wichrowski, and Jaron DeBerry.

Wood returns after a breakout stretch. After Aug. 1, he posted a .291/.398/.407 slash line, adding two home runs, and four doubles, along with more walks (14) than strikeouts (13).

Dylan O’Rae returns after missing the entire 2025 season due to injury. In 2024 with Biloxi, he appeared in 64 games and was a threat on the bases, stealing 29 bags.

New additions to the Double-A team include Jordyn Adams, Jacob Hurtubise, Dasan Brown, and Damon Keith. Both Adams and Hurtubise have MLB experience with various organizations. Each have about 80 at-bats in the show.

The Shuckers’ coaching staff is led by returning manager Mike Guerrero, who is back after two seasons as a roving infield instructor.
