Grammy Museum Mississippi will soon welcome country music singer Craig Morgan to the museum in Cleveland for a night of open conversation with those in attendance.

“An Evening with Craig Morgan” will take place Tuesday, Nov. 3, at 7 p.m. in the Sanders Soundstage. A reception with food and drinks will be held beforehand at 6 p.m.

Though he has not won a Grammy, Morgan has enjoyed considerable success in country music. “That’s What I Love About Sunday” spent four weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard country chart in 2005 and finished atop that year’s Billboard year-end country songs chart. Six more of his singles have reached the country chart’s top 10: “Almost Home,” “Redneck Yacht Club,” “Little Bit of Life,” “International Harvester,” “Love Remembers,” and “Bonfire.”

Before launching his music career in 2000, Morgan worked as an emergency medical technician and served in the U.S. Army from 1982 to 1997. In 2023, he re-enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve, announcing the decision onstage at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.

“We are thrilled to welcome Craig Morgan to Grammy Museum Mississippi for what promises to be a special evening,” said Emily Havens, the museum’s executive director. “Craig has built a career around songs and stories that connect with people in a genuine way. We look forward to hearing him reflect on the experiences behind his music, his journey as a singer and songwriter, and the moments that have shaped his career.”

Tickets for “An Evening with Craig Morgan” are available now to Grammy Museum Mississippi members for $75. Those who are not yet members can sign up here to become eligible to attend the event.

The event is sponsored by SouthGroup Insurance, the Paul Janoush family, and Visit Mississipi, with additional support being provided by SuperTalk Mississippi Media, Cotton House Cleveland, Earth Data Incorporated, Mississippi Arts Commission, Needle Specialty Products, Regions, Robinson Electric, The Lyric Hotel, and Visit Cleveland.
