The Ole Miss women’s basketball team and head coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin are included in the preseason AP Top 25 for the fourth year in a row.

The latest edition of the poll dropped Tuesday and had the Rebels at No. 19. It’s a trend that has become familiar in Oxford and follows preseason AP rankings of No. 12 (2025), No. 20 (2024), and No. 12 (2023).

McPhee-McCuin, who is entering her ninth season leading the Rebels, has a 149-107 overall record and has guided the program to five consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances. In 2026, Ole Miss was one win away from a second consecutive Sweet 16 appearance, but narrowly fell to Minnesota in the Round of 32.
