A pair of Mississippi Match 5 players are celebrating after a winning jackpots just three days apart. In total, the players won more than $146,000.
The most recent of the two wins came during Wednesday’s drawing when a ticket purchased at Love’s Travel Stop in Sandersville matched all five numbers to win the $54,000 jackpot.
Just days earlier, on Sunday, the winning ticket was purchased at a Circle K in Moss Point and brought in just over $92,308.
In addition to the Mississippi Match 5 wins, lottery officials announced that a $50,000 Powerball prize was won on Jan. 18. That ticket was purchased at Ramey’s in Columbia.

Lottery officials are waiting for the winners to claim their prizes, reminding them they have 180 days from the draw date to claim. They also encourage players to sign the back of their tickets immediately and keep it in a secure location until they can turn them in.
Prizes between $600 and $99,999 must be claimed at either the Mississippi Lottery Corporation headquarters in Flowood or by mail. Prizes over $100,000 must be claimed in person at the headquarters.
