Comedian Theo Von to bring unique brand of humor to Oxford

Oxford is in for a night of laughter this coming spring as comedian Theo Von brings his unique brand of humor to the college town.

Folks will be able to witness the comedy giant in person at the SJB Pavilion at Ole Miss on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 7:30 p.m.

Von, originally from Covington, Louisiana, has made a name for himself with his unmistakable Southern drawl and his quick wit, which he uses to tell hilarious stories about his unconventional upbringing, quirky family, and unique observations on life.

His style of comedy has endeared him to audiences around the world, making him one of today’s most popular stand-up comedians.

Von’s latest tour, “The Return of the Rat,” has been selling out venues across the country. The tour’s name is a comparison to his nickname, “The Rat King,” which he embraces as part of his unique, quirky persona.
