Mississippi lottery players have one final stretch to play a dozen outgoing scratch-off games before they’re retired in early January, the state’s lottery corporation announced Wednesday.
Jan. 6, 2026, will be the final day for retailers to sell and players to purchase the following games:
- Fast Money
- Hit It Big!
- $10,000 Payout
- Ruby 7s
- Aces High
- Extremely Payday
- Cruisin’ the Coast II and III
- Sapphire Blue
- Big Monkey Bingo
- Moola
- $2,000 Loaded
Winning tickets from any of the soon-to-expire games must be redeemed by April 6, 2026.
While some lottery players may find the games going away to be bad news, the good news is that the Mississippi Lottery Corporation is gearing up for a massive second-chance giveaway. On April 9, 2026, the MLC will award more than $700,000 in prizes to those who enter non-winning tickets into the promotional drawing. The deadline to qualify is April 6, 2026.
Second-chance entries can be submitted using the MLC’s new mobile app. Winners will be notified by mail and additional information will be posted on the lottery’s website.
