Rapper Lil Wayne is keeping the celebration going for his most famous album series, announcing a tour expansion Tuesday that includes two stops in Mississippi.
Tunechi will take the stage at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi on Friday, Aug. 14, and at the Brandon Amphitheater on Saturday, Aug. 15, as part of his 20+ Years of Carter Classics tour. Tickets for both shows go on sale Friday, March 20, at 10 a.m. CT.
The tour celebrates Lil Wayne’s six “Carter” albums, which range from “Tha Carter” in 2004 to “Tha Carter VI” in 2025. Hits from the albums include “A Milli,” “Hustler Musik,” “Mr. Carter” (feat. Jay-Z), “6 Foot 7 Foot” (feat. Cory Gunz), and “She Will” (feat. Drake), among many others.

Lil Wayne is widely considered one of the most influential rappers of his generation, selling over 120 million records worldwide. He has won five Grammy Awards, 11 BET Awards, and four Billboard Music Awards.
For those who can’t catch Lil Wayne in Biloxi or Brandon, other nearby stops on the 25-leg tour include Rogers, Ark. (Aug. 16), Nashville (Sept. 25), Knoxville, Tenn. (Oct. 23), and Lexington, Ky. (Oct. 22).
The 20+ Years of Carter Classics tour started in June 2025.
