Boom Ball is coming to central Mississippi this summer.
The popular baseball game with unique twists will be showcased at Trustmark Park in Pearl on June 20, promising a “wild, fast, and family-friendly take on America’s favorite pastime.”
Boom Ball blends parts of baseball with kid-friendly live entertainment for a speedy, rule-bending competition between two coed teams – the Lucky Llamas and Chaos Crew. Both teams boast former minor league and college baseball players, along with former softball stars.
“We’re excited to welcome Boom Ball to Trustmark Park and introduce this unique baseball show to fans across Central Mississippi,” Mississippi Mud Monsters General Manager Andrew Seymour said.
Boom Ball features six unique innings, each with its own theme, challenge, or surprise. Event promoters say the two-hour extravaganza will include trick plays, a home run challenge, a light show, fireworks, and big personalities to make for one unforgettable experience for families in attendance.
Tickets can be purchased here. Parking will be available on-site at Trustmark Park and in nearby designated lots. General parking is $20 per vehicle if purchased online, or $30 per vehicle in person. Preferred parking is $30 per vehicle if purchased online, or $40 per vehicle in person.
